Your child’s nervous system is always learning. Even simple, repeatable input, done consistently, can make a lasting difference.

You don’t need to do everything to make an impact. You just need a plan that meets you where you are.

What You’ll Receive

Ongoing Support is Always Available

This can look like:

  • Me checking in and adjusting the plan based on what’s working and what’s not

  • You messaging me with questions, challenges, or wins

  • Us updating the plan over time as your child progress

You’ll never be expected to “figure it out” without help. The goal is for you to feel confident, not overwhelmed.

After your child’s intensive, you’ll receive a personalized home program. This plan is designed to help you maintain progress and support your child’s development, even in the real-world chaos of home life. This includes:

  • A customized Google Sheet with your child’s specific techniques

  • Short video demonstrations (no 10-minute monologues)

  • Printable handouts for visual reference

  • Frequency notes and step-by-step guidance

  • Optional strategies to make the exercise easier or less challenging

You’ll know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to adapt it.

How the Plan Works

The plan is organized for clarity and sustainability. Each plan will have the exercises or techniques broken into the following categories:

  • Core Activities: 1-4 short, high impact techniques that support your child’s nervous system

  • Optional Add-Ons: Strategies to deepen your progress when you have extra time or support

  • Built-In Rest Days: Ways to improve co-regulation for both you and your child

This structure is especially helpful for families of children with brain injuries or complex needs since it prioritizes your child’s regualtion and yours.

This approach works, because progress doesn’t require perfection. MNRI and reflex-based therapies support neurodevelopment through consistency and nervous system safety, not rigid routines.

The home plan isn’t about squeezing in more therapy, it’s about continuing the right input at the right pace, based on your child’s unique needs.

Therapy should fit into your life, not take it over.

Home programs are only helpful if they’re actually doable. That’s why I design each plan to:

  • Start small with just a few core techniques that really matter

  • Adapt with your family’s rhythm, whether your child is regulated or having a hard week

  • Support real progress without creating more stress
